The house was designed with all the clients wishes due to our constant coordination with the structural and civil engineers and contractors during design and during construction.

The Clients wanted a full interior remodel of the inside with larger kitchen and bedrooms. They wanted
an additional bedroom and a backyard usable from the living and bedrooms. The lot is in the hillside
ordinance so to design the bedroom addition and backyard the lot had to be redesigned and regraded
with retaining walls to hold existing dirt in place.
